Who We Are

It all started when…

Edwin Serrano, President and Owner of Betterment Cleaning Services, formed the company in the Summer of 2019. Sitting one night with his wife, Diana Serna-Serrano, they began talking about the opportunities to become entrepreneurs. With over forty (40) years of Corporate experience behind them, they realized they wanted to form a business that brought the best of the corporate world while delivering a personalized feel to their customers.

As the days passed, excitement grew at what kind of business they could form. After realizing what a gift it was to have time to do the little things that fuel one's passion and how Edwin's "germ-a-phobic" personality developed one of his greatest strengths - that of cleaning - they realized that often times, cleaning took precious time over. The thought of forming a business that fueled their passions of having a clean and organized home while giving them time back to spend with their two kids, it soon became a no brainer for the company to be formed. Before you knew it, two humble kids from Buffalo and Miami, became entrepreneurs as part of Their Journey.
